Capstone Brokers $2.64M Trade of Cliftwood Mobile Home and RV Park

Kevan Enger and Deucie Bies of Capstone Manufactured Housing represented the seller of Cliftwood Mobile Home and RV Park. A private investor sold the 104-lot asset to Summit Communities for $2.64 million, or $25,385 per lot, on December 9, 2015.
