Capstone philanthropyCapstone is proud to serve our communities by means of charitable giving and employee volunteerism through our nonprofit division, Capstone Cares. We are committed to fulfilling our role as a responsible corporate citizen by ensuring our communities have the resources and support they require to thrive. As such, 100%* of all donations will go directly to charitable causes.
Capstone works to support and add value to the communities where our employees live and work, as well as the communities where the need is greatest. We have a special relationship with the Precision Shaping Fluency Program and the buildOn organization given their life-changing initiatives both within the United States and abroad. It’s our goal to be as widely recognized for the way we do business as we are for the quality of the real estate services we provide.

buildOn logoFor two decades buildOn has mobilized rural communities in some of the economically poorest countries on the planet. Within the United States, buildOn’s service learning programs have successfully engaged students from 50 high schools in six different challenging urban areas. Globally, buildOn has constructed schools in villages that have historically had no adequate educational structure—where students are squeezed into dark and crumbling mud huts, have to walk multiple miles to a neighboring village, or can’t attend school at all. Capstone’s managing partner, Andrew Klenk, joined buildOn to construct a school in Bolivia, and it was an experience that he has carried with him throughout his life. Being a part of buildOn’s mission to break the cycle of poverty, illiteracy, and low expectations through service and education is truly a unique gift. You can be a part of the experience by donating to buildOn’s mission today.

fluent speech logoThe Precision Shaping Fluency Program is dedicated to helping individuals overcome stuttering and improving overall speaking ability. The term "fluency shaping" is descriptive of the process by which the speech of stutterers is reconstructed. Oftentimes, stutterers may experience low self-esteem, hesitancy to speak publicly, and even depression. The Precision Fluency Shaping Program can change all that by teaching participants to relearn the proper means of producing the elementary sounds of speech. The stutterers then rebuild their ability to correctly produce syllables, words, and, ultimately, complete sentences. By giving to the Precision Shaping Fluency Program you greatly reduce the financial burden on one of its students to partake in this life-changing experience.
